Our consulting, media buying, and inventory sales services are rendered on an individual contract basis. We act as facilitators and agents for advertisements across various sport properties and channels. Any agreements, guarantees, or media purchase obligations will be governed by specialized insertion orders (IOs) or master services agreements (MSAs) separately signed by authorized officers of both parties.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Global Sport Media, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our media campaigns, whether such liability is under contract.
